INTRODUCTION
Food and Beverage is one of the most important industries in the world. Beverage operations provides a place to serve alcoholic beverage to customers for many reasons for instance; social activities, entertainment and dining service. Since the beverage industries started to grow in the 1970’s after that, beverage is consider as the main income generator for many hotels and restaurants.

Nowadays, alcoholic beverages have gain popularity among
consumers globally. The main factors are the rise in global population and increasing disposable income. For young generations, the concept of consuming alcohol seep into their culture. Those people become more knowledgeable which results in their consumption behavior for specific anbrands.

In conclusion, based on the growth of global population and increasing disposable income. The growth of alcoholic beverage industry is expected to grow even further in the future.
