General Purpose: To Inform
Specific Purpose: By the end of my speech the audience should know more about infamous murderers and how their brains work to commit such crimes. Central Idea: Ted Bundy and Jack the Ripper are common household names, but not many people know what drives them to do what they do. Title: Infamous Murderers
Introduction: The names Ted Bundy, and Jack the Ripper can bring people to chills. The murderers they committed were infamous spreading through America like wildfire. Little do most people know that the mind of a murderer can be living right next door. Body:

II. The minds of murderers are seen to have left temporal lobe problems. When your frontal lobes are hurt, you don't have a good ability to supervise the dark, evil, awful thoughts you have. III. Infamous Murderers
a. Ted Bundy, Jack the Ripper, and Yolanda Saldivar
* Ted Bundy was an American serial killer, rapist, kidnapper, who assaulted and murdered numerous young women and girls during the 1970. * Jack the Ripper is the name given to an unidentified serial killer in London in 1888. The name originated in a letter, written by someone claiming to be the murderer. * Yolanda Saldívar is a Mexican American woman who was convicted in 1995 for the murder of Tejano music singer Selena at a Days Inn motel in Corpus Christi, Texas. a. Zodiac, The Boston Strangler, and Badlands.
* The Zodiac Killer was a serial killer in Northern California. The killer's identity remains unknown. The Zodiac murdered victims in Benicia, Vallejo, Lake Berryessa and San Francisco between December 1968 and October 1969. Four men and three women between the ages of 16 and 29 were targeted. The killer originated the name "Zodiac" in a series of taunting letters sent to the local Bay Area press. *...
